PANIC ROOM is operated solely by Marko Panić as an individual, based in Belgrade, Serbia. PANIC ROOM is not currently a registered company or legal entity.

The website provides recorded sets, public Community discussions and account/profile tools. Events, News and Merch currently have no genuine published launch content. Payments, checkout, private messaging and general contact-form delivery are not available.
Account use
Use accurate account information. Do not impersonate another person or PANIC ROOM. Keep credentials private and do not use someone else’s account.
Public fields and posts are visible to visitors. Do not include private credentials, sensitive information or another person’s private information in them.
Community participation
Participate respectfully, choose the relevant space and keep posts constructive. Harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, illegal content, impersonation, unauthorized advertising, scams and intentionally harmful behavior are prohibited.
Do not bypass restrictions, access another member’s private data, disrupt the service or upload malicious files.

Only publish material you are entitled to share. Posting makes contributions available through the public Community and your profile. It does not transfer ownership of your work to PANIC ROOM.
Members can edit or remove their own posts. Deleted states and administrative records may remain. By submitting content, you give the operator a non-exclusive permission to host, store and display it for operating the platform and to moderate it under the Community rules. This permission does not grant unrestricted commercial reuse of your work. Removal and privacy requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Moderation and restrictions
PANIC ROOM owner administrators/moderators can remove content, restrict or restore participation and resolve reports when necessary. Restrictions may prevent posting, replies, profile editing and avatar uploads while leaving public reading and reporting available.
Use Community reporting for content or conduct concerns. For account closure or to appeal a moderation decision, contact the operator through the privacy and legal contact on the Contact page. Include the relevant username or content link and an explanation. Reviews are handled manually; no immediate response or restoration is guaranteed. Applicable privacy-request rights remain unaffected.

PANIC ROOM branding and site materials are not available for unrestricted reuse merely because they appear here. Artist recordings and third-party material may have their own rights holders. Do not assume permission to download, redistribute or commercially use them.
YouTube playback and external links are operated by separate services. Their terms and policies apply to your use of those services.
Service availability
Features may change, be maintained or become temporarily unavailable. Uninterrupted access is not promised. Do not rely on the website as the only copy of material you contribute.
Using the inactive merchandise or bag experience does not create a purchase or payment. Future commerce requires separate preparation.
Scope and updates
These terms describe the current platform. Use account features only if you are legally able to do so, and obtain any permission required by applicable law. No payment or purchase agreement is created by the inactive Merch section.
These terms may be updated when services or operator arrangements change. The effective date above identifies this version. Nothing in these terms removes rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
